Ray White Frenchs Forest - Working through a Pandemic

The health and wellbeing of our members and our customers and their families is of paramount importance to our company.

It is clear that the Coronavirus ( COVID -19) is spreading globally, especially over the last six weeks. It's important that we take measures to mitigate the spread of the virus to ensure the safety of our communities, particularly the elderly and immunocompromised.

The following summarises the steps we are taking in response to the challenge of the coronavirus, and doing all we can to provide a clean and safe environment for our members and customers.

* We will ask clients prior to booking a private inspection of any of our listings, whether they have been overseas in the last two weeks. Clients who have travelled to any high-risk areas will be asked not to attend our business or make appointments to inspect any properties for 14 days.

* We will wash hands and santise A-Frames, flags and digital devices between property inspections.

* Hand sanitiser will be available through our business and open homes and all bathrooms will be stocked with disinfectant hand wash.

* Signs will be put up in all homes, discouraging physical contact and suggesting norms of conduct.

* We work on the run much of the time so we are used to using technology to stay in touch - we have prioritised these types of communication given the COVID 19 circumstances by

* Filming a 3D Walkthrough of all our current listings to enable off site inspections

* Arranging all inspections to be pre registered via Homepass and scheduled by appointment

* Arranging digital Auction campaigns usign the SOLDONLINE platform.
